- Module 1: Defining Mental Health The WHO framework — how people think, feel and behave; what mental wellbeing looks like in practice
- Module 2: Stigma & Labels Challenging stigma language, understanding how labels cause harm, group activity: Stigma Words
- Module 3: Stress — Good vs Bad The physiological stress response; distinguishing healthy pressure from chronic overwhelm
- Module 4: Anxiety Physical, psychological and behavioural symptoms; risk factors; when anxiety becomes a crisis
- Module 5: Active Listening (SOLAR) Sit squarely – Open posture – Lean forward – Eye contact – Relax; practised through role-play
- Module 6: Introduction to Depression Recognising the signs; the link between depression, anxiety and alcohol misuse

Rhianon brings over 30 years of comprehensive mental health experience across private and public sectors in both Australia and Vietnam. Her background spans clinical counselling, workplace mental health training, and the cultural adaptation of mental health services for Vietnamese contexts.
As one of Vietnam’s first certified Mental Health First Aid trainers, Rhianon bridges international best practice with deep understanding of local cultural nuance — making her uniquely effective in this role.
